- Electrical Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues related to packaging equipment during installations or on-site troubleshooting.
- Mechanical Troubleshooting: Able to identify and address mechanical issues promptly, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
- Controls Troubleshooting: Experienced in troubleshooting control systems, such as PLCs and HMIs, in diverse environments to ensure proper equipment functionality.
- Customer Support: Capable of providing comprehensive on-site customer support, addressing inquiries, and assisting with technical questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Problem Solving: Possesses strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges encountered during installations, troubleshooting, or customer support, adapting quickly to find effective solutions.

- Leadership Role: Experience overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities, leading a team of technicians,

provide guidance and support to your team. - Preventive Maintenance Management: Experience implementing and manage preventive maintenance schedules,

Skills:
- Support the day to day automation processes during production as needed
- Expertise with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and CompactLogix
- PLC programming and control systems. PLC Programming using ladder, structure text languages
- Experience with vision systems, VFD’s, and HMI’s.
- Design of electrical design diagrams.
- Servo Drive Programming by train or pulse.
- Experience programming robots, and troubleshooting problems

Skills:
- Ability to troubleshot pneumatic, hydraulic systems
- Ability to work with low and mid voltage equipment
- Experience with conveyors, servo motors, VFD’s and valves
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Develop/implement preventive maintenance procedures
- Experience working with CMMS, and work order systems
- Objective is to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
